The continuing need to innovate took Medi-Ray^TM into new areas in 1980, when the team decided to assist physicians’ and patients’ needs in prosthetics. Medi-Ray^TM developed and produced patented orthopedic surgical instruments which finally enabled surgeons to properly and very precisely “size” implanted prosthetic devices to each individual patient, with rewarding improvements in those patients’ quality of life as a satisfying result.
